For first time bookings, a $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.
Further payment details will be provided at time of booking.
The $50 booking fee will be deducted from the full service amount at time of appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours or not showing up for the appointment will forfeit the booking fee ($50)
If you require your appointment be rescheduled, please provide 24 hours notice to avoid forfeiting your booking fee..

GIFT & PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS

Gift Vouchers and Promotional Vouchers are treated like cash.
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash.
Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.
Voucher must be presented to be redeemed.
Vouchers are only valid til the expiry date mentioned on the voucher.
Vouchers are single use only.
Promotional vouchers are only valid on full price services and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion

ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive full service results.
Ring the doorbell to notify your arrival and take a seat until you are greeted.
If you arrive early and another appointment is in session, you are kindly asked to wait in the seating area until your appointment time.
If you arrive late, your service time may be reduced due to any following bookings.
Due to the intricate skill required for eyelash and brow services, a steady work area is crucial. To assist this, please avoid caffeine and energy drinks prior to your appointment and prepare to relax and be pampered in a luxurious beauty experience.

ILLNESS

Please reschedule your appointment if you are unwell or suffering a contagion. BOSS will refuse services on anyone who attends appointments ill.

CHILDREN

Are not permitted in studio unless they are receiving a booked service. For health & safety, BOSS does not accommodate for children.
