CONFIRMATION

You will receive a confirmation SMS with your booking details and anything you may need to know prior to your initial appointment.
Please ensure you have your appointment recorded in a safe place that you will remember or receive notification.

DEPOSITS & CANCELLATIONS

For first time bookings, a $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This can be paid via bank transfer or credit card.
Further payment details will be provided at time of booking.
The $50 booking fee will be deducted from the full service amount at time of appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours or not showing up for the appointment will forfeit the booking fee OR incur a cancellation fee for current clients ($50)
If you require your appointment be rescheduled, please provide 24 hours notice to avoid incurring a cancellation fee.
In instances of last minute illness and emergency, fee may be waived providing contact has been made to notify and reschedule.

APPOINTMENT HOURS

ARRIVAL

Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure you receive full service results.
Ring the doorbell to notify your arrival and take a seat until you are greeted.
If you arrive early and another appointment is in session, you are kindly asked to wait in the seating area until your appointment time.
If you arrive late, your service time may be reduced due to any following bookings.
Due to the intricate skill required for eyelash and brow services, a steady work area is crucial. To assist this, please avoid caffeine and energy drinks prior to your appointment and prepare to relax and be pampered in a luxurious beauty experience.

ILLNESS

Please reschedule your appointment if you are unwell or suffering a contagion. BOSS will refuse services on anyone who attends appointments ill.

CHILDREN

Are not permitted in studio unless they are receiving a booked service. For health & safety, BOSS does not accommodate for children.
